Collection of general informationWhen you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically recorded.This information (server log files) includes:- the type and version of the web browser

This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. Processing of personal data by the responsible body and third parties
Personal data, applicationsBelow you will find information on how we use your personal data within the application process.If you refer to a specific job posting, we will only save your application data after the application process for this position has been completed- if this is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests,
- or if you have expressly consented to your application data being stored for future job advertisements.
This also applies to unsolicited applications after comparing your application requirements and your qualification profile with our vacancies.
If we are currently unable to offer you a vacancy, but are of the opinion that your application could be of interest for future job advertisements, we will save your application data for 12 months.
Of course, only after you have expressly consented to such storage and use. Alternatively, you can also agree beyond this period in order to have your application included in future job advertisements.
Your applicant data will only be used by the HR department within applicant management. In addition, your applicant data will be made available to the relevant staff unit and the managers responsible for the vacancy if there is a possible vacancy.
Your application data will only be used for internal application procedures and for anonymized statistics. Your application data will not be used or passed on to third parties beyond this.
As soon as your application data is no longer used for the defined purpose of the internal application process, it will be deleted immediately in compliance with data protection regulations.
